Reporting Requirements

All work-related injuries or illnesses must be reported directly to your Workers’ Compensation (WC) carrier or Third-Party Administrator. Subsequently, these entities are responsible for filing the requisite forms with the New Jersey Compensation Rating & Inspection Bureau (NJCRIB) in an electronic format.
