Donna is our Billing Administrator here at Complete Orthopedics. Born and raised in Long Island, NY.

Donna is an expert at all Orthopedic care financials, from your initial visit all the way through to the post op surgical visits.

When Donna isn’t negotiating with the insurance companies she’s home wrangling up her 4 grandchildren and hiding the recipe to her secret Italian Sauce.

Abigail Thompson – Front Desk Receptionist

Abigail is our Front Desk Receptionist. She is the smiling face you’ll see as soon as you come into the door at Complete Orthopedics.

Abbey makes sure all our patients are checked in and checked out with all their documentation and follow up needs. 

She loves interacting with our patients each day! When Abbey isn’t assisting our patients, she’s with her Fiance and 2 lovely children.

Roseanne was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She moved to Long Island with her family in 2001.

She is a mother of two teenage boys. She spends her days with her large and loud Italian family.

Graduated from Louis D. Brandeis HS in 1988. Worked at NYU medical center from June 1990 to May 2010 as a front desk receptionist answering phones,  billing (input & output), ekg’s, making appointments, prior authorizations, etc.

Currently works at ACUMA medical associates from June 2010-present for five physicians doing the same duties as at NYU.
