Investigated the biosynthetic pathway of menaquinone (Vitamin K2).
Analyzed the role of MenE, MenB, and MenA enzymes in this pathway.
Developed and optimized buffers to crystallize MenE in E. coli.
Utilized crystallization methods such as vapor diffusion and batch crystallization; analyzed results via X-ray diffraction.
