  • Analyzed the role of MenE, MenB, and MenA enzymes in this pathway.
  • Developed and optimized buffers to crystallize MenE in E. coli.
  • Utilized crystallization methods such as vapor diffusion and batch crystallization; analyzed results via X-ray diffraction.
